Today, it has evolved into multiple PopUp and permanent locations, offering always-fresh weekend pickup. Our mission is simple: crafting the finest, freshest bagels. ● Assist in preparing established recipes, including mixing ingredients bagel and cream cheese production, shaping dough, mixing cream cheese, and fulfilling cream cheese and bagels orders.
● Operate machinery and equipment involved with the production of the cream cheese, such as mixers.
● Prep ingredients utilizing ranges and stoves.
● Monitor production processes to ensure that cream cheese and bagel products meet quality standards including texture, consistency, flavor, and packaging integrity.
● Occasionally receive and put away products.
● Be asked to communicate professionally about any workplace issues that may affect you so they can be addressed.
● Need to be comfortable with change as we are a rapidly growing company and we are evolving on a daily basis.
● Experience working in a production environment.
● Experience working with heavy machinery.
