As an Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s financial operations. ● Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
● Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
● Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
● Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
● Support payroll processing and related reporting.
● Maintain accurate financial records and document filing systems.
● Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements. ● Provide documentation and support for audits.
● Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. ● Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with payroll systems or ERP software.
● Familiarity with GAAP principles.
● A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Problem-solving and time-management skills.
