PopUp Bagels does not collect, use, sell, share, or disclose sensitive personal information that, under applicable law, imposes additional legal requirements on our use or disclosure of such sensitive personal information. Personal information does not include publicly available information. Our service providers may share your personal information with us in the course of our providing services or goods to you, such as food and catering orders or purchasing gift cards or merchandise.

5) To communicate with you following your submission of a request for additional information as a prospective franchisee and to evaluate any franchisee applications.

7) To protect our customers and our online services from fraud, other crimes, claims and other liabilities, and ensure the security of our online services.
8) To protect the rights, safety, health, and security of our customers, our franchisees, our employees, the public, and our property.

PopUp Bagels, Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 nor do we currently offer or direct any features or services, including but not limited to games, sweepstakes, or other interactive activities, for use by children under the age of 16.
