As the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records
and supporting the Company’s financial operations. The position offers a great opportunity to

● Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization to ensure accuracy
and efficiency.
● Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records, including adjusting journal
entries and account reconciliations.
● Support the period-end financial statement review process, providing variance analysis
and comparisons to forecasts, budgets, and/or prior periods.
● Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the
organization's financial goals.
● Coordinate and support internal and external audits, addressing any audit findings
and/or recommendations as necessary.
● Provide support to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including
transaction verification, invoice processing, and payment reconciliations, as necessary.
● Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
● Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and reporting.
● Perform other duties as needed.
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
● CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
● Experience in a related industry (restaurant, franchise, multi-unit).
● Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., R365, QuickBooks, SAP).
● Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities.
